CRESTVIEW, FL, (May 7, 2024) - North Okaloosa Medical Center broke ground on Monday, May 6, 2024 on a $15 million construction project to expand the hospital’s emergency department. More than 39,000 patients sought emergency medical care at the hospital’s emergency department in 2023, a figure that has grown by approximately 30% since 2020.
